Infinity Search Ltd takes pride in the way they deal with candidates. Every enquiry by letter, email or telephone is handled efficiently and professionally by the recruitment team.

All candidates registered with Infinity Search are guaranteed total confidentiality regarding their job search. CVs will not be sent out to Companies without the Candidate's prior knowledge.

Each candidate undertakes a thorough competency based interview with an experienced Consultant. If, due to location, a face to face interview isn't possible the Consultant will conduct a thorough telephone interview. This may take up to one hour.

During the interview the Consultant assesses the strengths of the Candidate. Advice is given on interview technique, cv presentation and career options.

After each interview the Candidate and Consultant agree a Career Action Plan, this includes:

  • Specific vacancies that the Candidate's details will be submitted to
  • Detail of where the Consultant plans to market the Candidate
  • Specialist marketing - e.g. Infinity Search Monthly Newsletter
  • Telemarketing campaign agreed
